Shipping and Refund policy

Domestic Shipping

• Shipping Rates: Shipping costs within the United States will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the weight of your order.
• Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 2-3 business days of receipt.
• Delivery Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States.
• Shipping Carriers: We use USPS Priority Mail for domestic shipping.

International Shipping

• We are not shipping International at this time.

Returns and Exchanges

• Return Window: You may return your order within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
• Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Please note:

• Shipping times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
• We reserve the right to modify our shipping policy at any time. 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.circlett@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
